Food tastes great. Speedy service for lunch time food pick up. Prices are reasonable.

Updating to 5-stars because no matter what, this is the best Thai in town. I am placing an order for pick up as I type this. :)

Such a hidden gem! We got the roti & curry, chicken satay and daisy noodles. Lunch special so the entire meal came out to be $35. Amazingly, ridiculously affordable for the area, huge portions, fresh ingredients. The daisy noodles had a wonderful flavor profile, and the roti & curry reminded me of authentic Singaporean hawker food from when I was growing up. Curry and seasoning tends to be on the sweeter side, but delicious and highly recommend. Service was fast and delightfully hospitable. Ladies were very kind, and while the layout was small and seating may be a bit limited, the ambiance was very pleasant and chic for an afternoon out. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of the ingredients and portions for the price point ! I will definitely be coming back.

Daisy Mint is a hidden gem that serves up authentic Thai cuisine with a side of warm hospitality. Led by a passionate woman, is a must-visit for anyone craving the bold flavors and aromas of Southeast Asia. The menu boasts an array of dishes that showcase the chef's attention to detail and commitment to using only the freshest ingredients. Standouts include the rich and creamy yellow curry, slow-cooked to perfection with tender chicken, and the savory drunken noodles, expertly balanced with a depth of flavor that will leave you wanting more. But what truly sets Daisy Mint apart is its dedication to serving authentic Thai specialties, like the elusive curry puff. Crispy, flaky, and bursting with aromatic curry goodness, this delicacy is a rare find in Thai restaurants - and Daisy Mint executes it flawlessly. I tried something different during my time with Daisy Mint- the Thai Green Ice Tea, made from Pandan leaves. WOW! Move over Thai ice tea. With its warm service, generous portions, adorable decor, and commitment to authenticity, Daisy Mint is a culinary destination. Thank me later!

I've come to Daisy Mint many times and this review is long overdue. They're pretty authentic thai food and they're allergen friendly. Please do ask them for any gluten free as some dishes that are not marked "gluten free", might be able to be modified. Pad thai is always a good idea and theirs is definitely one to try. Their tom kha (coconut soup) is very delicious, savory and will fulfill your cravings in a cold weather. Salmon curry - very good. It comes with your choice of white or brown rice. Very savory and fulfill your omega with this :) They used to have "Daisy Chicken Wings" which no longer in the menu. It was gluten free and sweet and spicy. Wish they bring that to the menu again. They have parking in the back and street parking. They just recently renovated their back patio. It looks very nice.

Daisy Mint has stood the test of time. My last review was 9yrs ago and I've increased my star rating on this visit. The duck rolls, Daisy wings pretty much everything on the menu are hits. My least favorite item is the lunch special salmon. Good but not my favorite.

First time here and first time in Pasadena! Came here on Friday around 7 and found the spot and area to be not too busy (if not a little too quiet for a Friday night). Sat down and ordered the Pad Tai with Chicken and Kimchi Fried Rice with Beef. Both came out hot and was more than enough for two people. Good flavor and the meat was not over cooked while the noodles and rice were also prepared well. Although the ambiance of the place was quaint, their drink options are pretty limited in terms of beer and wine. As well, they close early for a Friday night (8:30) and seemed to be in a rush to get customers--including me and my company--out by 8:30. Even though letting us know that they close soon and offering last call on food (around 8:00), when I attempted to order a beer (while still finishing one), they noted that they would bring it after I finished (I had less than half a glass left). Upon finishing my beer around 8:10 the waitress attempted to convince me to not order the beer or to take it to go. The fact is they should not have taken my order for a beer to begin with at around 8:00 if they were not going to allow me to drink it in the restaurant. Again, this appeared to be more due to them wanting to close at 8:30 and not due to any concerns around serving me another drink as I had had the beer with my meal and such without causing an issue to them. Thus, if you do decide to arrive here do so with plenty of time as longer stays that brush up against closing time may not be ideal. Again, not speaking badly as I know folks have homes and families they want to get to, but do not offer another food dish or drink if not willing to honor such. For just that reason, I give it a 4/5 stars.

Wowwwww, I can't believe how good this Thai restaurant is. Everything we got from the coconut ramen, to stir fried vegetables, to pad see yew, to the pumpkin curry were so darn amazing. The service is the best I've experienced. The whole ambiance feels so clean, refreshing, and good vibey. I can't wait to come back again. Amazing absolutely amazing

Visiting Pasadena for MonsterPalooza and I ate here. I love Pad Thai and this place hit the spot. It's nicely decorated and cute. I highly recommend the Thai iced tea and Kimchi Fried Rice. It left me full and satisfied. The staff were friendly and admirable

This is a very good Thai restaurant in East Pasadena. I came back in 2016 and was rushed through my meal because they close so early. I never came back because it seemed a little rude at the time. I came again and found the food is actually delightful. Service was much friendlier than I remembered. However, the fact is they close early, and if you want to relax and enjoy your meal unrushed, do not come in the last hour of service. Last call is 3 minutes prior to their closing, and they clearly want to get out of there. I understand, but just don't come in the last hour and expect to leisurely enjoy your meal. It's a very tiny restaurant but with a nice, hip decor. Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to find something. The food itself is high quality and quite good all around. We had the chicken pad see ew, which was terrific. The crying tiger was also excellent, with delicious flavor and good quality beef. The Thai BBQ chicken is a standout. Many places make it with goopy wet sauce on top. This place makes it exactly how we like it. More of a marinade that is then grilled to a dry, crispy exterior. It's really great. The cashew nut chicken was also excellent. Usually, at other places, this isn't spicy, but they do it spicy here, and I like it a lot. The only misfire of the night was the spicy fried rice. Not only was it not spicy at all, but it was outright bland. Not good. Basically, come for an early dinner, but definitely come and try out this place. It's some good eating. Check it out!
